Returning your order?

We hope you love what you’ve chosen. Each item is made to order, just for you. That means we don’t hold stock, and making thoughtful choices helps us reduce waste.

But if something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition.

If it is not quite to your taste, why not think of gifting it forward with kindness? As a small business, every order matters to our chosen charities. This also means we are being a bit kinder to the planet, too.

How do I return my order?

Please include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

You’ll need to cover the return postage, and we recommend holding on to your proof of postage in case there are any delivery issues.

Email us at hi@kindnessandco.co.uk to let us know your return is on the way.

Will I get a refund?

Once your return arrives with us, we’ll process a full refund (excluding original postage) within 14 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.

Exchanging an item

If you’d like a different size or product, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Since all of our items are made to order, we ask that you avoid ordering multiple sizes or styles with the intention of returning what you don’t want. This helps us on our kindness mission for the planet too..it reduces waste and keeps our production as sustainable as possible.

To make the best choice first time, we recommend checking the size guides on each product page before placing your order. That said, we understand sometimes you won’t know until you try it on, and that’s okay.

Want to cancel your order?

Changed your mind? As per the Distance Selling Regulations, you’re entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at hi@kindnessandco.co.uk with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.
